Experience-

Seeking a male professional with at least 20 years of FMCG experience, capable of handling senior-level strategic and operational responsibilities.

Required Competencies:



1. Strong Experience in HR, specifically in recruitment.

2. Effective decision making and problem-solving skills

3. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

4. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.

Other Particular Characteristics for Hiring:



Proven track record in HR recruitment and talent management, Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, FLSA, ADA, Title VII, and EEOC guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
