Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and engagement activities.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and analyze HR metrics.
Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
Collaborate with management to forecast manpower needs and workforce planning.
