Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our automobile dealership team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and ensuring that achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities :

1. Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management...etc.

2. Ensure efficient payroll and administration process.

3. Implement HR policies and processes

4. Comply with and reinforce the code of management and conde of ethics.

5. Develop and implement HR strategies

6. PF/ESIC and labour.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree with a specialisation in HR management

2. 5-10 years of experience in HR and Administration field.

3. A good knowledge of employment law

4. Strong written and oral communication skill

Work location : Kannur, Kerala

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
