Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process.
Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Maintain comprehensive personal documentation for all employees, including contracts, identification, and compliance documents.
Oversee attendance tracking and leave management systems.
Ensure compliance with leave policies and address any discrepancies.
Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with compensation policies.
Administer employee benefits programs and communicate options to staff.
Utilize GreytHR for managing employee records, payroll, and attendance.
Ensure data integrity and maintain up-to-date HRIS information.
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
Promote a positive workplace culture and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes as necessary.
Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers.
Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
Manage the disciplinary action process, including issuing warning letters and conducting disciplinary hearings.
Document and maintain records of all disciplinary actions.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with regulations.
Meet with government officials as necessary to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Stay informed about changes in labor legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
Monitor key HR metrics and prepare reports for hospital administration.
Analyze trends and recommend actions to improve HR processes.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
Manage the offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
BBA / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of labor laws in India, including PF, ESI, gratuity, PT, and minimum wage.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in India.
Proficiency in HRIS (specifically GreytHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
