Act as an HR Business Partner, supporting business leaders in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Assist in workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Support performance management and talent development initiatives.
Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations and maintain a positive work culture.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights for decision-making
