Your Core Responsibilities Set the HR Foundation
Establish solid
HR systems, policies, SOPs, OKRs
, and structured documentation.
Manage and optimize
SumHR
for attendance, leaves, reimbursements, etc.
Design and run robust
onboarding
and
exit interview
processes.
Draft and implement
clear internal guidelines
for communication, conduct, and escalation.
Daily Ops & Team Tracking
Conduct
daily/weekly check-ins with Team Leads (TLs) and Group Leads (GLs)
.
Track individual accountability and
ensure no one slips through the cracks
.
Stay active on
Slack/WhatsApp/internal groups
, checking for misconduct or disengagement.
Be the go-to person for
red flag behavior
, absenteeism, or team friction--remote or on-ground.
Team Management (Remote + Onsite)
Keep remote and in-office teams
equally involved
in culture and tracking.
Be present and visible to both -- actively
