Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (Primary Responsibility - 70-80%)



Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for junior and mid-level positions Source candidates through

job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), referrals, social media, and local networks

Screen resumes and conduct

initial HR interviews

Coordinate interview schedules with line managers Ensure timely

offer release, follow-ups, and onboarding

Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports Build a strong

talent pipeline

for business requirements

HR Generalist Responsibilities (Secondary - 20-30%)



Support

employee onboarding & induction processes

Maintain

employee records, HR files, and documentation

Assist with

attendance, leave, and payroll inputs

Handle basic

employee queries

related to HR policies Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication Assist in

statutory and compliance-related documentation

as required

Skills & Competencies



Hands-on experience in

recruitment & talent acquisition

Familiarity with

job portals and sourcing techniques

Basic knowledge of

HR operations and compliance

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Good coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities Proficiency in

MS Excel and HR MIS


Educational Qualification



MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent Graduates with relevant HR experience may also be considered
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?52,000.00 per month
