Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and systems
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management
Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development plans
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation
Drive training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills
Act as a bridge between management and employees to foster a positive work culture
Support leadership with HR analytics, reports, and workforce planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
