Experience :
5 years in HR, preferably with at least 2 years in a healthcare.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Sr HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resource functions in the hospital, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR strategy. The role requires strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, healthcare staffing, and hospital accreditation standards e.g., NABH etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff (doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative, and other staffs).
Coordinate with department heads to assess workforce needs.
Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new hires.
2. Employee Relations:
Address grievances and resolve employee conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Conduct disciplinary procedures and ensure documentation.
Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws (Minimum Wages Act, ESI, PF, etc.)
Maintain up-to-date employee records and statutory documents.
Coordinate for HR audits and maintain compliance for hospital accreditation (NABH, ISO, etc.).
4. Performance Management:
Implement appraisal systems and ensure periodic reviews.
Guide department heads in setting performance goals and KPIs.
Support employee development plans and career progression.
5. Payroll and Benefits:
Coordinate with Finance for accurate and timely payroll processing.
Administer employee benefits (leave, insurance, ESI, PF, etc.).
Monitor attendance and leave management systems.
6. HR Policy Development:
Draft and update HR policies in line with labour laws and hospital needs.
Communicate policies effectively to all staff and ensure compliance.
7. Other Functions:
Lead employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
Support hospital leadership in strategic HR planning.
Handle manpower budgeting and HR analytics.
