The Role
?We are looking for a strategic and people-oriented
HR Manager
to lead our human resources department. You will be responsible for building a strong workforce, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring smooth operational HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:
End-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding skilled blue collar and staff.
?
HR Operations:
Managing payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance.
?
Compliance:
Ensuring all activities align with labor laws and employment regulations.
?
Policy Development:
Creating and implementing HR policies and workplace guidelines.
?
Employee Relations:
Resolving conflicts, managing performance evaluations, and building a high-performance culture.
?
Training:
Leading initiatives to upskill staff and improve service delivery quality.
?
What We Are Looking For
?
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
?
Experience:
Proven experience in HR management (Experience in the
Service Industry
or with
Gig-worker models
is a big plus).
?
Skills:
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and excellent communication skills.
?
Expertise:
Solid understanding of payroll, recruitment strategies, and labor laws.
