Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, employee relations).
Develop and implement HR policies in line with institutional needs.
Handle statutory compliances related to medical education & healthcare staff.
Support workforce planning and performance management.
Foster a positive work culture and resolve employee grievances effectively.
Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of HR practices in hospital/medical college sector preferred.
Salary:
Competitive (as per experience & qualifications).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
