Key Responsibilities
:
1) BPO Setup & Launch
Help in setting up IT infra, workstations, dialer systems, SOPs, and recruitment process
Structure departments: Voice, Non-Voice, Tech Support, Backend, Quality, and Training
2) Project Sourcing & Alliances
Use personal contacts and industry experience to bring:
Voice/non-voice BPO processes
Domestic and international campaigns
Tie-ups with process brokers/aggregators
Shortlist and negotiate with process vendors
3) Recruitment & HR Operations
Source, screen, and onboard suitable candidates: Telecallers, BDEs, agents
Drive employee retention, training, and performance monitoring
Create HR policies for shift work, incentives, compliance, etc.
4) Business Operations Support
Coordinate with Directors for business scaling
Implement KPIs, MIS reporting, appraisal systems

Candidate Profile:
Min. 7-10 years of experience in BPO/ITES HR or Operations
Proven network for getting
domestic/international processes
Experience in setting up new delivery centers is a strong plus
Language skills: English + Hindi/Odia preferred
Preferably worked in companies like
Tech Mahindra, Genpact, Fusion BPO, Karvy, First Source
, or local BPOs

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
