will be responsible for managing all human resource functions in the
Powder Coating Plant
, including recruitment, training, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, and workforce planning. The role ensures a productive, compliant, and positive work environment that aligns with company policies and operational goals.
Assess manpower requirements in coordination with production, quality, and maintenance departments.
Source, interview, and hire candidates for skilled, unskilled, and supervisory roles.
Develop job descriptions and maintain updated organization charts.
Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions as per labor laws.
Promote a positive work culture through engagement activities, communication, and motivation programs.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and take corrective measures.

Maintain statutory records, registers, and coordinate with government authorities during inspections.
Ensure timely submission of returns and renewal of licenses.
4. Payroll & Attendance Management
Oversee timekeeping, leave records, and monthly payroll processing on
Zoho Software.
Manage overtime, incentives, and deductions in coordination with accounts.
Ensure accuracy in wage disbursement and maintain confidentiality.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs for plant staff and operators.
Arrange safety, quality, and skill development sessions.
Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
6. Performance & Policy Management
Implement and monitor the
Performance Appraisal System (KPI-based)
.
Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
Support management in disciplinary procedures and performance improvement plans.
7. Health, Safety & Welfare
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote workplace hygiene.
Coordinate welfare activities such as canteen, transport, and uniform distribution.
Conduct safety awareness programs in coordination with the EHS department.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR / Industrial Relations.
5-10 years of HR experience

manufacturing or powder coating plant
environment.
Good knowledge of labor laws, HRMIS, and statutory compliances.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
