Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll inputs, time office, leave management, and attendance systems.
Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and exit processes at the plant.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
Maintain harmonious employee relations with unionized and non-unionized workforce.
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and IR issues proactively.
Liaison with local authorities, labour department, and compliance consultants.
Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws (Factories Act, CLRA, ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
Timely submission of statutory returns and maintenance of registers.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external labour law inspections.
Coordinate training need identification (TNI) and execution of the training calendar for staff and workmen.
Support in cascading KRAs/KPIs to plant teams.
Coordinate performance review cycles, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
Plan manpower requirements in coordination with functional heads.
Facilitate recruitment drives for staff, operators, and contract workers.
Manage contractor workforce deployment and compliance.
Work with Safety and Admin departments to implement safety standards and welfare measures.
Participate in safety committee meetings, accident investigations, and EHS audits.
