Key Responsibilities:

Manage

recruitment, onboarding, and staffing

for teaching and non-teaching staff. Implement

performance management, appraisals, and professional development programs

. Ensure

strict adherence to school rules, HR policies, and statutory compliance

. Oversee

residential staff operations

, including accommodation, leave, and campus support. Handle

grievances, conflict resolution, and mentoring of HR team

. Maintain

HR records, attendance, and reporting

for school leadership.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of

HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance

. Experience in

recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement

. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

. Ability to

enforce school rules, maintain discipline, and manage residential staff

.

Organizational, reporting, and record-keeping skills

. Comfortable working in a

residential campus environment

with staff and students.

Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of mentoring HR team members

.

Qualification & Experience:

MBA/PG Diploma in HR or equivalent

4-10 years' experience

in HR, preferably in

residential schools or educational institutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
