Assist in Overall Management of Statutory Compliance Develop & Implement Grievance Management Procedure. Employee engagement activities Resolve employee-related issues with Leave & attendance and other issues, Coordinate with Payroll & Compensation benefits team. Developing & Maintaining MIS report & other HR reports Handling exit interviews Preparing Monthly updates of HR Department Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9600,000.00 per year Schedule:
