Work Experience: 10-15 years in manufacturing industry in a managerial position.
Education: MSW / MBA
Responsible for entire multi-unit manufacturing operations.
Responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with the company's requirements.
Responsible for monitoring Training effectiveness of the conducted training as specified in the system.
Identify & Review competencies of the staff by coordinating with the department HOD's as per defined frequency.
Responsible to ensure that the Legal statutory compliance under the factories and pollution acts are met on time.
Responsible for taking appropriate disciplinary actions by coordinating with the plant heads in all the units.
Responsible for implementation & maintaining ISO/EHS Compliance's as per the requirement.
Responsible for fully complying with departmental objectives and procedures, work instructions etc., as established in QMS.
Identify & Review competencies of the staff by coordinating with the department HOD's as per defined frequency.
Establish an in-house training program by identification of the training needs based on the organizational and individual requirement and conducting the training as per the plan.
