We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR functions at our Ratnagiri branch. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, attendance, and leave management while ensuring strong coordination between regional offices and head office departments.

Job Responsibilities




1. Recruitment & Staffing



Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing,

onboarding).

Coordinate with department heads (RMs, BMs, HODs) to identify manpower

needs.

Maintain candidate database and ensure timely closures of open positions.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations



Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities. Handle employee queries and grievances effectively. Conduct branch visits to interact with employees and ensure healthy work

culture.

3. Attendance & Leave Management



Oversee daily attendance and leave records of employees. Ensure timely updating of HRMS and monthly attendance reports.

4. Compliance & Documentation



Ensure statutory and HR compliance as per company policies. Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation accurately.

5. Coordination & Generalist Activities



Liaise with Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and Department Heads for HR

processes.

Support training, appraisals, and performance management initiatives. Assist in policy implementation and process improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel for branch visits and field coordination Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools Self-motivated, organized, and approachable

Qualifications :




MBA - master's degree in human resources 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in BFSI or Co-operative sector
