Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to manage HR functions at our manufacturing facility. The HR Manager will focus on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and safety programs to support our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector.

Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and safety regulations.

Develop and deliver training programs for safety and skill development.

Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive practices.

Implement performance management systems.

Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement improvement plans.

Manage HR metrics and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of labour laws and safety regulations, proficiency in HRIS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
