We are looking for an HR Manager

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team and develop HR strategies that support our organization's goals. You'll be responsible for overseeing HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Team Management: Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support. Recruitment: Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, resolving conflicts and providing support. Benefits and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, administering benefits and policies. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and goal-setting.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a management role.
