Human Resources:



Recruitment

: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.

Onboarding

: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Employee Records

: Maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Employee Relations

: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Handling employee conflicts.

Qualifications:



Education

: Min. Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience

: Minimum of 9 to 10 years experience in an HR role.

Skills

:

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
