Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the agency's goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of internal staff.
Administer employee performance review systems and career development plans.
Ensure legal compliance with HR regulations and best practices.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management (in coordination with finance).
Support account managers in vetting, onboarding, and compliance of external candidates.
Maintain a strong understanding of client HR needs and ensure placements meet expectations.
Provide HR consulting to clients as needed (policy creation, compliance guidance, etc.).
Manage HR documentation and systems for both internal and placed staff (if applicable).
