Position:

HR Executive / HR Manager

Location:

BMW Guwahati (Titanium Auto)

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for automobile dealership & service roles. Onboarding, induction, and employee documentation. Attendance, leave & payroll coordination. Implementation of HR policies and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.). Employee relations, grievance handling & engagement activities. Training & development coordination to build workforce skills. Support management in manpower planning & performance management.

Requirements:

Graduate / MBA in HR.

2-4 years of HR experience in the automobile sector (mandatory).

Knowledge of HR processes, compliance & payroll. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

?35,000 - ?40,000 per month
