We are looking for a passionate and organized HR Manager to join our team . The ideal candidate will manage all HR functions including recruitment, staff relations, training, and compliance. Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all hotel departments.
Conduct onboarding, orientation, and regular staff training.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave systems.
Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and hotel HR policies.
Coordinate payroll with finance/accounts department.
Foster a positive work culture across all departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, with exposure to client handling.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to multitask and handle pressure in a dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and CRM tools.
