HR Manager
to handle complete HR operations and strengthen our team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end HR functions
- recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
Develop and implement
HR policies, systems, and processes
.
Handle
employee engagement, performance management
, and compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate with department heads for
hiring and manpower planning
.
Maintain employee data and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in
HR or Business Administration
.
7+ years' experience
in HR operations, preferably in engineering or manufacturing setup.
Strong knowledge of
labor laws and statutory compliance
.
Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
