This role combines people management, customer communication, and brand representation. The person ensures smooth coordination between employees, management, and clients, while also building a strong brand presence across social platforms. They serve as the face and voice of the company -- internally for employees and externally for customers and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Care & Relationship Management
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
Maintain excellent post-sale communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to address customer concerns quickly.
Record and track client feedback for service improvement.
Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions to strengthen brand trust and loyalty.
2. Human Resources Management
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
Maintain employee records and handle attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement activities.
Support management in evaluating employee performance and coordinating appraisals.
Conduct periodic reviews and ensure HR policies are followed across departments.
Handle internal communications and conflict resolution tactfully.
3. Social Media & Brand Communication
Manage all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan, create, and schedule posts that align with ongoing projects, offers, and company updates.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to collect content (photos/videos).
Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build an online community.
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, inquiries) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with management to plan campaigns, announcements, and ad promotions.

Good understanding of customer psychology and brand tone.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
Creative mindset for content creation and engagement strategies.
