Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
De?ne HR SOPs, work?ows, and compliance structures.
Ensure high service delivery standards across HR operations.
6. Employee Relations, Engagement & Culture
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and con?ict resolution.
Design employee engagement initiatives aligned with creative and service-driven culture.
Build strong internal communication frameworks.
7. Compensation, Compliance & Risk Management
Oversee compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and bene?ts administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, audits, and HR governance.
Maintain con?dentiality and manage sensitive employee data responsibly.
8. HR Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring effectiveness, engagement, andproductivity.
Present actionable insights and reports to leadership.
Continuously improve HR processes using data and feedback.
Required Quali?cations & Experience
4-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in events, service, hospitality,
media, or creative agencies.
Proven expertise in HR strategy, HR operations, and people development.
Strong working knowledge of Zoho HRMS (Zoho People, Recruit, Payroll) or similar
platforms.
Advanced knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related ?eld.
* HR certi?cations (SHRM, HRCI, etc.) are an added advantage.
