HR Manager
to build a strong organizational culture and streamline our people processes as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for various roles (technical, sales, admin, etc.).
Develop and maintain job descriptions, post on portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and finalize offers.
Design and implement onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
Promote a positive work environment and handle employee grievances effectively.
Plan team-building activities, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct regular one-on-one discussions or feedback sessions with team members.
3. Performance Management
Develop and maintain a fair and transparent performance appraisal system.
Work with department heads to define KRAs and KPIs for each role.
Facilitate periodic reviews and ensure timely feedback and performance discussions.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, payroll, documentation, etc.).
Ensure statutory compliance under labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
Manage HRMS or related tools for attendance and payroll processing.
Update and implement HR policies and employee handbook as per company requirements.
5. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and design training programs for employee development.
Coordinate with external trainers or internal leads for workshops and learning sessions.
Create career progression frameworks for various roles.
6. Strategic HR & Leadership Support
Assist management in organizational planning and manpower forecasting.
Provide HR insights and analytics to leadership for decision-making.
Contribute to building a strong employer brand in Amravati and beyond.
Requirements
Proven experience (2+ years) as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour law compliance, and modern HR practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software (Zoho People, GreytHR, or similar) preferred.
Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
