The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development to ensure a productive and positive workplace culture.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Provide guidance to managers on employee development and career progression.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related Field.
