Job Title: HR ManagerPosition Overview



The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will partner with leadership to support organizational goals and ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and selection. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.

2. Employee Relations



Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Conduct employee engagement initiatives and feedback programs.

3. Performance Management



Oversee performance appraisal processes. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance issues. Implement employee development and training programs.

4. HR Policy & Compliance



Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

5. Compensation & Benefits



Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs. Coordinate with finance on salary planning and budgeting. Evaluate benefits programs for competitiveness.

6. Organizational Development



Support change management and organizational growth initiatives. Lead culture-building activities and corporate events. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality. Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
