Please find below the JD for the HR Manager. (Preferably Male)Shift: Overlapping with US Shift.Roles & Responsibilities: Human resource personnel is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans, recruitments, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, employee relations, and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include: Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel. Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department. Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems. Creating and revising job descriptions & compensation programs. Conducting annual salary surveys. Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures. Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads. Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling. Maintaining department records and reports. Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts. Be well versed in statutory compliance filing work like ESI, EPF, TDS, etc. Have sound knowledge of recruitment activities, onboarding, training, development & Exit Interview.Experience: 5-10 yrs.Job Location: Ambala Cantt.Salary: As per industry standards.
