Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to handle Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliance, and HRMS Administration. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll execution, statutory filings, and effective use of HRMS for employee data and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing through HRMS.
Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings including ESI, PF, Professional Tax (PT), LWF, and Labour Registration.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS software.
Oversee labour law compliance and coordinate with government departments and auditors.
Prepare and submit statutory reports and returns as per legal requirements.
Assist in periodic audits and support HR operations documentation.
Generate and analyze HRMS reports for management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Proficient in HRMS software (experience with platforms like Ihits HRMS preferred).
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory filing procedures.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
Preference: Female candidates residing in or near Aluva.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
