Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Manager
to lead our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, and initiatives that support a healthy, high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws and maintaining records.
Manage payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture through employee engagement initiatives and events.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or HR certifications preferred).
3+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Highly organized, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Saturday
