Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage payroll, attendance, employee records, and compliance.
Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
Oversee general administration and office management.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and appraisals.
Requirements:
8+ years of HR experience, including team management.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in policy creation and admin management.
