The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the
education or coaching sector
and be adept at managing faculty and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for teaching (faculty) and non-teaching staff.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for academic and support roles.
Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive and motivating work environment aligned with institute values.
Address staff grievances and manage conflict resolution.
Plan employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal systems for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous feedback.
Coordinate faculty evaluations based on student results and feedback.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and design staff development programs.
Conduct workshops for skill enhancement and behavioral development.
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliances, and institutional policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Payroll & Attendance:
Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and attendance systems.
Coordinate with accounts for timely salary disbursements.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
Contribute to workforce planning, organizational development, and retention strategies.
Support management in building a performance-driven culture.
