Role Objective:
To lead the Human Resources function by managing the full employee lifecycle
including recruitment, training, performance management, statutory compliance,
employee relations, and HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Planning
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
Forecast workforce requirements and plan recruitment accordingly.
Support organizational growth with HR planning and manpower budgeting.
2. Talent Acquisition & Retention
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for skilled, semi-skilled, and managerial roles.
Build strong talent pipelines for critical functions.
Drive retention strategies to reduce attrition.
3. Performance Management
Implement and monitor KPIs & appraisal systems (quarterly/annual).
Coach department heads on performance management best practices.
Identify underperformance issues and initiate corrective actions.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain healthy industrial relations and handle grievances, disputes, or disciplinary
actions.
Conduct regular employee engagement programs and satisfaction surveys.
Foster a productive and respectful workplace culture.
5. Training & Development
Assess training needs across departments.
Design and implement skill enhancement programs (technical and soft skills).
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain documentation.
