Job Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR management Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in HRIS and other HR software Exceptional organizational and time management skills High level of integrity and ethical standards Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company\'s objectives and ensure compliance with labor laws Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates Conduct interviews, negotiate job offers, and onboard new employees Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives Ensure effective implementation of HR systems, such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee database management Oversee the training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR issues and ensure consistent application of HR policies Handle employee grievances and conduct investigations as necessary Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices and make recommendations to management
