Job Details Job Title: Sr. HR Executive / HR Manager Responsibilities: Address and resolve a wide range of queries from employees, providing timely and accurate solutions. Handle employee grievances and complaints, ensuring fair and transparent resolution processes. Formulate HR policies in line with company objectives and industry best practices, overseeing their successful implementation. Manage and execute payroll processes accurately, while addressing payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies. Ensure compliance with relevant NDA, labor laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a legally sound and ethical work environment. Monitor and update HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with department heads and management to identify HR needs and develop strategies for talent retention and development. Organize and conduct employee training programs to enhance skills and promote a positive work culture. Support organizational development initiatives and contribute to employee engagement activities. Lead and supervise the recruitment team, guiding them in talent acquisition and ensuring the hiring process aligns with organizational requirements. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed Managing basic Office Admin activities. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR administration, policy development, and employee grievance handling. Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee the recruitment team. In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and regulations, with an eye for detail to resolve payroll queries accurately. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage with employees at all levels. Candidate should have working experience in IT company.
