Job Description

ResponsibilitiesConduct talent acquisition and recruitment process.Should be excellent in IT technical recruitment through various job portals.Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.Provide support to the employee in various HR-related topics such as HR rules-regulations, attendance, leaves, and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capitalNurture a positive working environment.Initiate HR Programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workspace.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs across the organization.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Ensure payroll & legal compliance throughout human resource management.Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activitiesMUST have Requirements: Proven experience of minimum 2 years as an HR Executive /Generalist in the IT Industry.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all company levels.Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.Good knowledge of employment/labour laws & HR Best Practices.Excellent communication and people skills.Aptitude in problem-solving.Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 2+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
