Job Description
Education Qualification: PG Diploma/MBA - HRDesired CandidatesImmediate Joiner Preferred or 7-15 Days Notice Period Job Location: Kathwada GIDC
- Should have strong acumen in Talent Acquisition & PMS Role
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & determining selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Execute Performance Management System & align it to increment.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, overtime, etc.).*
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Looking after Joining and Exit formalities of employees.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.).
- Implement HR policies and guidelines as and when required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work independently and in a team environment
