Ensuring that the HR policies are smoothly implemented from time to time and is being followed globally.
Managing the globally distributed workforce.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Own and lead the entire recruitment process
Monitor various HR metrics
Organize learning and development programs
Ensure HR function addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely manner
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations as per country/State laws
Maintain & update various documents & records, submission of periodical returns Labour Legislations.
Assist Management in forming various policies.
Oversee employees Health & Hygiene, Safety & Security; Employee and Employee-Management Relations
Manage Payroll, oversee time office, Attendance, and leave management, absenteeism.
Ensure Statutory /Social compliance, their records and documentation.
Oversee general admin functions like transport, canteen, security, housekeeping services
Maintenance and service agreements and essential services.
To maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders, labour union, industry associations to ensure smooth operation

Evaluate, measure and assess effective performance management across the organization
