Oversee and manage HR & Admin functions at the plant and head office, and guide the HR team at another plant location.
Lead talent acquisition, payroll processing, employee onboarding, and induction programs.
Develop and maintain job descriptions, skill matrices, and training calendars in coordination with departmental heads.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and factory acts, and maintain all HR records and documentation.
Manage labor contractors, canteen operations, security services, and ensure manpower availability.
Handle employee relations, address grievances, and initiate disciplinary actions when necessary.
Liaison with government departments and HR consultants.
Monitor HR budgets, labor costs, and ensure timely payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Drive employee engagement, training & development, and continuous improvement in HR systems.

Education:
MBA (HR) / MSW or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years in HR & Admin (preferably in manufacturing or similar industries)
