Handle recruitment for interns and full-time staff (social media, sales, design, warehouse, etc.)
Draft and post job descriptions on portals and social media
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with founders
Maintain HR records: offer letters, joining kits, employee files
Track attendance, leaves, and basic payroll coordination
Assist with team onboarding, orientation, and HR policies
Support influencer onboarding documentation and payments coordination
Admin Responsibilities
:
Ensure smooth functioning of the office space (stationery, supplies, cleanliness)
Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and utility services
Maintain documents, files, inventory lists, and staff rosters
Handle purchases, petty cash, reimbursements, and travel bookings
Support founders with day-to-day admin or operational follow-ups
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in HR and/or admin roles
Strong coordination and communication skills (Hindi + English)
Proficient in Google Sheets, MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp Web
Trustworthy, reliable, organized, and punctual
Ability to work with limited supervision in a growing brand
