Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (Head Office, F&B, Kitchen Staff, Admin, etc.).
Develop sourcing strategies to attract and retain talent for both blue-collar and managerial roles.
Conduct interviews and manage onboarding & induction programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, resolving conflicts professionally.
Implement employee engagement programs to improve retention and motivation.
Promote a healthy and collaborative work environment.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
Conduct regular workshops on customer service, compliance, grooming, and hospitality standards.
Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.
Performance Management:
Oversee appraisal processes and support managers in setting KPIs.
Ensure fair and transparent performance evaluations.
Implement reward and recognition programs.
Compliance & Policies:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and hospitality industry regulations.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Maintain employee records and HRMIS with accuracy.
Administration & HR Operations:
Manage payroll inputs, leave & attendance systems.
Oversee HR documentation, contracts, and employee handbooks.
Support audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
8-10 years of HR experience (preferably in the hospitality industry).
Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and payroll systems.
