1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Develop and execute periodic manpower planning aligned with organizational goals. Implement effective recruitment strategies for timely hiring of qualified talent. Maintain talent pipelines for critical positions. Optimize cost per hire and time-to-fill metrics. Regular recruitment of interns --- 2. Employee Onboarding & Engagement Ensure smooth induction and orientation programs for all new hires. Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale. Monitor employee feedback and implement improvement measures. Oversee probation confirmation processes. Control over recruitment costs --- 3. Performance Management Implement and manage half-yearly performance appraisal systems Guide managers (Team Leads) on goal setting and evaluation methods. Track performance improvement plans and succession planning. Employee Promotion Policies --- 4. Learning & Development Identify skill gaps and prepare monthly training calendars. Facilitate internal and external training programs. Monitor training effectiveness and ROI. Create reusable Training components Develop internal trainers on cross functions, soft skills and IT skills (Excel, SAP etc.) --- 5. HR Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with all laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Leave Records and attendance records Draft, review, and update HR policies and SOPs. Maintain accurate employee records for audits and inspections.
Attrition Records --- 6. Compensation & Benefits Oversee payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness. Ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) are correctly processed. Review compensation structure to ensure competitiveness and fairness. Design Performance based incentive system --- 7. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling Maintain a healthy work culture through transparent communication channels. Address employee grievances promptly and fairly. Prevent workplace disputes and foster conflict resolution. --- 8. Administration & Facility Management Oversee entire office administration, facility maintenance, and housekeeping. Manage security, safety, and workplace hygiene. Manage Events , functions and ceremonies Ensure vendor management for administrative services Control administrative costs without compromising quality. --- 9. HR Metrics & Reporting Maintain HR dashboards and present key metrics to management (attrition rate, hiring rate, training hours etc.). --- 10. Strategic HR Contribution Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategy. Contribute to organizational culture development and change management initiatives.
