Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, production, and logistics teams.
Conduct onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives that reflect TPIF's vibrant work culture.
Maintain HR policies, attendance, payroll inputs, and performance management.
Support training and development programs to upskill internal teams.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee well-being and conflict resolution.
Compliance & Statutory
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishment regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation for audits, renewals, and statutory filings.
Liaise with external consultants and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.
Implement POSH and workplace safety policies.
Administration
Supervise day-to-day office operations, vendor management, and housekeeping.
Manage office inventory, maintenance, and procurement of supplies.
Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, studio, and office teams.
Support planning and execution of internal celebrations, festive setups, and events.
Travel Desk & Logistics
Handle travel bookings for client meetings, photoshoots, and interstate deliveries.
Manage itineraries, accommodation, and reimbursements for staff travel.
