We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR professional to manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, policy compliance, performance management, training, and payroll. This role is crucial in supporting rapid outlet expansion and ensuring a compliant, high-performance, and engaging work environment for both outlet-level and Head Office staff.
Core Responsibilities1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Manage End-to-End Recruitment:
Lead the hiring process for all outlet-level roles (e.g., Store Gurus, Assistant Store Gurus, frontline staff) and provide dedicated support for Head Office roles (e.g., Brand Manager, Ops Manager, Graphic Designer, Purchase/Admin, Sales Associate).
Run the Employee Referral Program (ERP):
Administer the referral scheme, ensuring smooth operation and timely payout of incentives (?1,000 after joining + ?3,000 after 3 months).
2. HR Policy, Compliance, and Administration
Develop and Implement HR Policies:
Draft, gain approval for, and implement a comprehensive HR policy handbook covering critical areas like attendance, leave management, payroll, and code of conduct.
Ensure Labor Law Compliance:
Maintain 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws, including managing filings and adherence to
PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act
, and FSSAI requirements for staff.
Manage Employee Documentation:
Handle all employee documentation, including
KYC verification
, contract generation, and issuing offer and appointment letters.
3. Training and Development
Develop and Execute Training:
Create and maintain a training calendar and content for staff development, including modules on induction, service standards, hygiene, and upselling techniques.
Track Training Completion:
Monitor and ensure
100% completion
of quarterly training sessions across all staff.
Franchisee Support:
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to support the training modules for franchisee staff.
4. Performance Management
Define Performance Frameworks:
Establish clear
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
and
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
for key roles, including Store Gurus, frontline staff, and Franchise Sales personnel.
Implement Review System:
Roll out and manage a monthly performance review system utilizing
scorecards
to assess employee performance.
Align Incentives:
Ensure staff incentives are directly linked to performance against targets (e.g., sales targets, SOP compliance, customer feedback).
5. Employee Engagement and Retention
Drive Engagement Programs:
Conceptualize and execute recognition and reward programs (e.g., Best Store Guru, Employee of the Month).
Measure Satisfaction:
Conduct and analyze quarterly employee satisfaction surveys.
Reduce Attrition:
Proactively develop and implement
career pathing and loyalty programs
to reduce overall staff attrition.
6. Payroll and Attendance Management
Manage Payroll Process:
Oversee accurate attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and timely payroll processing.
Financial Integration:
Work closely with the Finance team to integrate HR data for accurate tracking of labor cost percentage.
