Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate attendance, leaves, and payroll support.
Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Handle employee queries and HR documentation.
Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations and facility requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and handle office supplies.
Support in organizing company meetings and events.
Maintain administrative files, reports, and expense logs.
Ensure smooth communication across departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT Feild, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR and/or admin roles.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
