Job Description

Position: HR Manager

Experience: 5-7 Years

Location: Indore (M.P)

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations and drive strategic initiatives at our Indore office.

Requirements:

? 5-7 years of HR experience (IT industry preferred)

? Strong knowledge of HR processes, performance management & compliance.

? Excellent communication, leadership & decision-making skills

?Build and implement HR strategies & policies

?Manage KPI-based appraisal cycles

?Handle payroll, compensation planning & statutory compliance

?Strengthen employer branding & retention strategies

?Mentor and guide junior HR team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
