Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training modules on HR Management, including:
HR fundamentals and strategic HRM
Recruitment & selection
Training & development
Performance management systems
Compensation & benefits
Industrial relations and labor laws
HR technology, analytics, and global HR practices
Design engaging training materials, presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
Conduct classroom sessions, workshops, or online training sessions as per the audience needs.
Assess participant learning through tests, assignments, and interactive activities.
Stay updated with the latest HR trends, labor laws, and best practices.
Provide career guidance and mentorship to learners pursuing HR as a career.
Collaborate with management to continuously improve training content and delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent) preferred.
Proven experience in HR management roles (minimum 5 years).
Prior experience in training, coaching, or teaching HR subjects.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and industry practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use modern training tools, LMS platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
